Ingredients
2 pints raspberry sorbet, slightly softened
3 1.34-oz. cookies-and-cream white chocolate bars, such as Dove, chopped
1 9-inch Oreo pie crust, or a homemade chocolate cookie crust
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup raspberries
Preparation
1. Spoon sorbet into a bowl; fold in white chocolate. Spread in crust; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.
2. Just before serving, whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Dollop whipped cream over top of pie and garnish with berries.
