NO-Bake Cheesecake !

Ingredients:
For the dough you will need:

250 grams tea cookies
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
For the filling you will need:

250 grams of cream cheese
200 grams of soured milk
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
170 ml sweet cream for beating
100 grams of powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
A pinch of salt
1 package of gelatin
1 jar (about 650 grams) of cherry compote




Preparation:
Step 1:Grind the tea cookies nicely in a blender, add them the brown sugar, cinnamon and mix it nicely to blend all together. Add the melted butter and mix nicely. If necessary, add a little butter, to dip good the cookies. In a round mold pour in the foundation of cakes and butter, and put it in the refrigerator to tighten.

Step 2: Mix the cream cheese with sour milk from which you have previously drained the liquid.

In a mixing bowl beat egg whites with sugar. Mix the sweet cream until you get a solid icing. Melt the gelatine vapor with a little water. Merge all of the ingredients and mix them well.

Pour the cream into the mold and put it back in the refrigerator for several hours, until it’s tight enough.

Step 3: Serve piece by piece and pour the compote of cherries over them, or other fruit if you wish.

TIP: If you like, after the cheese section tightens, you can add gelatin in the compoteand leave it to tighten in the refrigerator. This way you get another layer of cake.
