Vacuum in The Belly – Get a Thinner Waist and Flat Stomach With This Simple Exercise

Who does not like a sleek, lean tummy? I know I do, and what I do for a toned physique is yoga, in particular, this move and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed!

Like with any exercise the more you do it, the more effective the exercise will be. The minimum allowed number of repetitions in 5, and in the beginning it will take some time to get used to. But, once you get used to it, it will require much less effort to control the muscles.

    Lie on your back and let your arms lie along the sides of your body, bend your knees and relax the muscles.
    Slowly exhale and start to strain the muscles of the stomach, and try to suck in as much as you can. Stop breathing during the process.





Stay in this position for 10-15, and then take a small breath, continue to pull in the stomach.

    Breath out a little, but do not relax the stomach. Strain the muscles of the stomach and hold your breath for another 10-15 seconds, and then inhale maintaining the muscle tension. If you find it difficult, take a short breath.
    Exhale, relax the muscles and do some free-breath exhalation, then re-release the air from the lungs and stomach pulling your belly in as much as possible.

In only three weeks you will notice a significant difference in the strength of the abdominal muscles, as well as a reduction in your waist size!
