Massage a teaspoon of raw honey all over you clean, dry skin then leave it for 15-20 minutes for a moisturizing mask. Rinse with clean water.
2. Cold And Flu Remedy
Honey is a well-known home remedy for treating common colds and flu. Mix honey, lemon, cinnamon, and ginger together in a cup of hot water to make a cheap yet effective remedy for colds and flu symptoms. Drink every two hours for quicker relief.
3. Facial cleanser
Using honey as facial cleanser is great for sensitive and acne-prone skin since it is very efficient and very gentle as well. Raw honey has antibacterial properties that will get rid of any pimple-causing bacteria and healing properties that will reduce inflammation, redness, and soothe the skin. It regulates sebum production without stripping the skin off of its natural moisture. Simply use honey as you would a normal gel cleanser.

After a couple of minutes, rinse with cool water.
7. Fade scars
Honey can help lighten your skin to fade scars while its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties decrease the appearance of scars and promote tissue regeneration and healing. Mix a teaspoon of coconut or olive oil with a teaspoon of honey then massage the mixture onto the area in a circular motion using the tips of your finger. After massaging for 1-2 minutes, place a hot washcloth over your skin then leave until cool. Repeat daily.
8. Regulate menstrual cycle
Honey stimulates the production of omega-6 fatty acids which is necessary for regulating your body’s hormonal processes. If you have an irregular menstrual cycle, try taking a glass of warm water or herbal tea mixed with a tablespoon of honey once a day every day to regulate your cycle.
9. Strengthen nails
If you’re nails are weak, brittle, and prone to breakage, try treating it with a tablespoon of honey mixed with a quarter-cup of apple cider vinegar. Soak your nails in the mixture for 10 minutes before rinsing. Repeat weekly for stronger and healthier cuticles and nails.
