Ingredients
1 Ready Made Oreo Crust
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
In a microwave safe
dish, place white chocolate chips. Heat on high in microwave for 1
minute. Remove from microwave and stir until chips are completely
melted, heating an additional 15 seconds if needed. Let cool to room
temperature.
In a large bowl, beat whipping cream with hand
mixer on medium speed until peaks form and hold shape, being careful not
to over beat. Set aside.
Combine melted white chocolate
chips, cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped
cream. Once fully incorporated, spoon mixture into Oreo crust.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
