(serves 1)
2 cups of vanilla almond milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Either in a saucepan on the stove or in a mug in the microwave, heat up the almond milk until it’s close to boiling. If you have a milk steamer, this is great to use as well. Stir in the remaining ingredients until dissolved. Top with another pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
* As a side note: a really easy way to mix everything well and achieve that frothy and airy texture is to use a blender.
