We all love food, this is a given and it is only natural. To make wonderful meals you often need fruits and vegetables, but usually not the whole produce so sometimes things like avocados, bananas etc. turn brown; not anymore!
I find that nearly every recipe I have containing avocado requires only half of the fruit, meaning unless you double the recipe you will have half remaining and it will more than likely brown. I know I personally use avocados quite frequently, and it is also good to know that a brown avocado is completely safe to eat. But, most, like myself, find the brown color unappealing.
